Question about Air Tools & Compressors
Too change rotation of a 5hp 230 volt motor This gould century 230 volt single phase motor is clockwise rotation we need it to be counterclock wise
HAVE A LOOK INSIDE THE MOTOR CONNECTION BOX. SOMETIMES ON THE LID ARE INSTRUCTIONS OF HOW TO DO THIS. YOU DID NOT SAY IF THIS WAS A CAPACITOR START UNIT OR NOT. IF THERE IS A CAPACITOR ON THERE IT COULD BE NO GOOD WHICH WILL MAKE THE MOTOR GO WHERE IT WANTS. A GOOD CAPACITOR KICKS IT IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION ON SWITCH ON.
