SINCE I PURCHASED MY PHONE ABOUT A YEAR AGO I HAVE ONLY RECIEVED ONE PIC MESSAGE..THAT WAS THE FIRST DAY I HAD IT AND THEN NEVER AGAIN!I CAN SEND THEM JUST FINE BUT NOTHING IVE TRIED HAS WORKED AND THE CRICKET STORE JUST SAYS...WELL..."IT SHOULD"... WORK!?

- HEY CRISSLINE ..MY PHONE IS A SAMSUNG SCH-U30 CELL PHONE AND WHEN I CONTACTED MY CRICKET PROVIDER THEY SAID...WELL...IT SHOULD WORK...THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO...I MUST RE BUY THE PHONE!!

Ok....first i need to know what phone are we talkin about but just to let u know every phone has different multimedia settings and your problem comes from thows settings go to your network provider and they will setup your phone.good luck
