Do the 5 R's:

These are for Nano, but they apply to all iPods:

Reset, Retry, Restart, Reinstall, Restore

Remember these five basic suggestions if you have a problem with your iPod nano. If

one of the following doesn’t help, read on for solutions to specific problems.

â Reset your iPod nano. See “General Suggestions,” below.

â Retry with a different USB port if you cannot see iPod nano in iTunes.

â Restart your computer and make sure you have the latest software updates

installed.

â Reinstall iPod and iTunes software from the latest versions on the web.

â Restore your iPod nano. See “Updating and Restoring iPod Software” on page whatever.

I have a new ipod touch, when i try to enter the passcode it doesn't show on the screen. you can hear the tapping but no numbers apear

restart or reset the touch

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on top of iPod touch for a few seconds until a red slider appears, then drag the slider. Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

hopefully that solves it, if it doesn't connect it to your computer and do a restore, thsi will remove the passcode aswell.

if your unable to restore, read this page http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808

The songs will not play, was working correctly and now will not play.

You probably just need to perform a simple reset on it. press and hold both the menu and center button until you see an apple apear on the screen. If this does not resolve your issue you will probably need to restore the ipod.

Ipod white screen and 3 beeps

I would suggest taking the iPod to an Apple Store Genius bar if there is an Apple Store near you... they can take a look at it and try to fix it. thats probably your best bet.

Help me pleas

I would try resetting your ipod. Hold down the menu button and the center button at the same time until the ipod turns off. then the apple will pop up on the screen and it will start up like normal. Then try connecting it again. The computer should recognize it.
