Did you install the Cisco connect software on your main computer. If you have installed the Cisco connect softwrae then you will find the Guest network access password . Otherwise you will need to access the router setup page and check the wireless settings.

My mobile phone connects to belkin.ecO.guest so why cant I get on the internet

When you want to connect to the internet, and secure, make sure you have your own WiFi router. Then setup the connections with WPA2 and connect with that know connection. All other connections, even when they are called Guest, won't be secure and you never know if you have connection to the net or just a computer from someone close to your house.

Want to get my Cisco guest password

Open Cisco Connect then click Guest access. The password is displayed under the Password header.

To go to the Guest access option using Cisco Connect, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Select Guest access at the main screen of Cisco Connect

In the Guests access settings window, you can enable or disable the Allow guest access, change and check the password for the guest network, or change the number of Total guests allowed.

NOTE: The Guest network name is the main network's SSID with -guest as a suffix. If you want to change the guest network's name, you will need to change the main network's SSID.

How do Setup a password for my router already have one password need to set a password for guest

You need to use your browser to log in to your router. Locate the guest account in the menu and set a new password. If you'd like, many routers allow you to disable guest accounts entirely. If you need specific step-by-step instructions, I need to know what brand and model router you are using, what OS your computer has, and what browser you use for accessing the internet.

How can I remove my neighbor from my network

Easiest thing to do, Change the password to your router. Once this is done, it will prevent your neighbor from any further access to your router and of course prevent internet access. Most all routers are simply a local web address for access. Example: 192.168.1.1 typed inside a browser address pane will take you inside the router. Check your router for setup procedures.

Why is Cisco router not giving internet access to guests

I'll venture a guess that some file sharing or such activities are going on, using up the three guest IPs. I'd suggest upping the number of guest access in the router to something like 10, then taking it down from there. Perhaps don't broadcast SSID if you want to ensure someone is leeching your internet bandwidth, and share the name (SSID) only with your friends/guests.

Wherewill i type my password?

hello..
First of all, we need to know what type and name for our router.
Then we can google it in internet.
However we still can try to enter router setting (i guest that is what you find)

Mostly router will used 192.168.1.1.
So, you open any internet browser(internet expxlorer, firefox..etc)
Then type 192.168.1.1
--------------------------------------------------------
If you don't know the username and password. YOu still can try and try ..
I'm also like doing that, but it will waste our time. So, using google website,
type "username+password+$brand"
$brand is your router model and name. example you are using Lynksis MODEL LT-239212
so type "username+password+Lynksis LT-239212.

We just got wireless internet this past year at our house and when my dad set it up he forgot to write down the password which lets you onto the internet. So now we are able to log on through the computer...

to set the wireless settings you need to use a computer that is connected to your router or the computer that is working on your router wirelessly.

access the setup page of your router using IE on the address bar type the ip of your router, by default it is 192.168.1.1, username=admin and password=password, once your on the setuppage go to wireless settings option on the left pane. you will be able to see the wireless security there.

the reason why you dont know the wireless security for the old computers its because once you typed the security key in the computer will remembers it and save it on the system.
