Windows doesn't always need software to read pics from a camera.
Just connect the camera, and have a look in 'My computer' you may find the camera's memory shows up as hard drive... worth a try.
Alternatively, remove the memory from the camera and either plug it straight into the laptop (and look in 'my computer') if you have the correct slot, or connect it via a cheap $2 memory reader (available from ebay).

I need to find a way I can download the software for my SamsungS85 camera

You don't need any special software.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

Can you help with new laptop;trying to get my pic;s downloaded the new ones

Insert your memory card into an USB memory card reader. Connect this card reader into the USB port of your computer. The computer will see the memory card as an external storage device, you can open the folder and picture files on the memory and copy them to the C drive on your computer.

Trying to load my pic's have memory card in and it show;s all my pic.s but i want to download my new ones. This is a new laptop Dell

Insert your memory card into an USB memory card reader then insert the USB card reader into your powered up Dell computer. The Dell will see this USB card reader with the memory card as an external storage device.
You can then click on this memory card and open the folder that contains the photos. You can then select the various photos and copy them onto a folder on the C drive on your Dell laptop.

How do i transfer saved images from the PC back to the camera? I have loaded the pics onto my laptop and for some reason the pics have gone from the memory card. Can i get them back onto the camera??

For most cameras, this is not only not possible but, even trying it can cause problems with your camera. If your pictures are being automatically deleted after downloading, it's usually because the program you use for downloading is set to do that. If you don't like that feature, you will need to go into the settings area and change it. Or, you could just download to a folder you create on your desktop. That way, your pics are still on your memory card and you can now send the pics in the folder to any program you like.
