HP 5610xi is saying that there is a printer cartridge error.
The head are clean, But when I try to run the utilities it says that it can't two way communicate. And the utility print I requested won't cancel????

- I have the same problem. I have been told that it may be a bad batch of printer cartridges that are frying the electronic sensor in the machine. Has anyine with this problem used a tricolor cartridge with a batch number of SLD4 070916 1400 MAR09 ? C9352A Made in Singapore. I called HP to see if they could help and their solution was to try and sell me another printer. - jrandsue

Try removing power from the printer to make it stop.
reboot your computer to clear out any unsent print jobs.
Plug the printer power back in, and try again. This should help, but you may have already done this, if so, please respond with steps you have taken to resolve this already, and we can try to go from there.
