Hi iv got a citroen c4 vtr its cuming up economy mode and wont start is this a common fault and is it a easy fix thank you for eny replies

Economy mode is coming up to prevent your battery from discharge, but it will also cause troubles when your battery is flat - should go away after recharging or changing your battery to new one.

My Fujifilm FinePix AV100 12MP Digital Camera battery easily gets discharge or Low Battery even the battery is fully charged and new, what do you think the problem might be???

Welcome to FixYa.

First thing we need to verify is what type of battery are you using.

The Capacity of rechargeable Ni-MH batteries may be temporarily reduced when new, after long periods of disuse, or if they are repeatedly recharged before being fully discharged. Capacity can be increased by repeatedly discharging the batteries using the DISCHARGE option and recharging them in a battery charger. Do not use this option with non-rechargeable batteries.

Also possible reason why your battery easily discharge if:

* battery are cold
-warm the battery by placing them in your pocket or other warm place.
* ther is a dirt on the battery terminals
-clean the terminals with soft and dry cloth
* the camera is always on AUTO mode
- choose different shooting mode

I hope this information will help on your issues.
Feel free to send us your comments or suggestion if this solution is helpful.

Thank you for using FixYa.

You have over used your battery. In order to fix this problem you must purchase a new battery and replace your current one with it.

I HAVE A NOKIA N70 AND MAY N70 GET HOT.....

Usually if your phone is overheating (while charging) it means that the battery is short circuiting. You should call AT&T to see if your warranty is still available.

Also, if you set your phone's backlight to stay on, it may cause the phone to get hot, and the battery to die.

Rapid discharge

Be sure the batteries you bought are genuine from motorola. And if it is still discharging fast, try asking motorola to reprogram your phone.

N70 blanking(all display white )

It looks that your N70 has a booting problem. Your phone wasn't booting. Usually the boot IC goes bad and needs t be replaced. You have complicated your problem by changing the glass IC's. This surely wasn't your problem. I'm not sure if you have replaced them correctly though. If you have a digital multimeter than check your phone across the battery terminals. Keep the meter on 'Continuity' which also shows a 'Diode' symbol and check ur phone .Between +ve to grnd, one side, the meter shd show around 370 ohms and reversing the polarity of the meter across the same terminals of the phone the meter shd show a reading similar to a capacitor discharge action towards infinity. Now if these readings do not show, then the phone has a 'shorting' somewhere. I suggest u take your phone to a technician he may be in a position to kick start it back to life.....................
