im not sure but when you figure out tell me coz i have the same problem but its Themes for PSP

Try vista SP2 as the same problem occured to me and was solved by updating to windows vista SP2 alternatively you can also try with Windows XP sp3

that is the same thing that happened to me. if your computer is already vista it will stop working because vista is slow on games for windows xp.

hi, i have P4 2.4Ghz, 512 Ram, 80GB HHD but,
when i click to start the NFS carbon an error is occuring again and agian that is "NFSC.exe" has encountered a problem to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Try reinstalling, if that doesnt help, try to update your game, or if you had updated the time it didnt work, don't update. That might solve your problem. If it doesn't you should check wether your system has the minimum requirements for the game and wether your graphics card is supported or not. I'd recommend canyourunit.com, but you have to install a browser plugin for it to work. If you don't want that, you should find some other sites. If nothing helps, you should return the disc to the shop that sold it to you, and get another one. If that doesn't wok either, I'm out of solutions...

Right click on the nfsc.exe file and click properties.>goto compatability mode >right click on the check box for "Run this program in compatability mode for" and select windows 98 > also right click on the 5 checkboxes downside for settings.....
