I'm having problems with the messaging on my samsung tocco lite mobile phone! :( it wont let me access any of my messages when i press the messages icon it comes up with 'initialising' and a loading sign!...

This sometimes happens, if you have just turned off your phone this will more o rless always happen. Just give it a couple of minutes and if this keeps on happening....turn off the phone take off the back and take out the battery and sim card. Leave it for a minute or two and then put them back in and turn on your phone. Then go back onto messages, it will still be happening, leave it for a minute or two and it should be absouletly fine, the sim is just taking a long time to load thats all, there is not really much you can do! I hope this helped (:

Dear Sir, I am using Samsung SJ700 mobile phone. And sometimes I get incoming call with no number displayed on the screen. It just shows incoming call. Can you pls help me in sorting out this...

This happens when two or more similar (saving one number with different names) contacts is saved on your phonebook, i.e. if you've saved my number on the sim card with a name and at the same time you have my number (same number) on your phone's memory, the caller id will not be displayed, you'll only see the "Incoming Call" or "Call". So I would suggest you to please check the phonebook and delete (keep only one per number) if there are multiple similar contacts saved on your phonebook.

You can also reset the phone to Factory default, in case there's no problem with your phonebook/contacts.

Good luck.

Thanks for using FixYa.

Voice on phonebook drives me crazy

If you are lucky enough to have a GSM phone, the easiest way to do this is to store all your phone numbers on your SIM card, (which will not store voice) and keep the phone memory empty and free of the "voice in phonebook".

You will also have the benefit of easily transferring your phone book to another phone in the future since the "phonebook" is on the SIM.
