How to download to dvd or cd (by 2 users)

When I insert usb into computer and attach to handycam, the handycam states "usb invalid during easy handcam". How do I get the handycam to download to pc

Yes, it is very frustrating I cannot transfer my video to my PC. Any help would be appreciated before I throw this camera thru a window.

You have to push the Easycam button on the side. When on the button emits blue color. When off it is dark.
