Re: conecting a laptop to a c250
If you are on a network, then the C250 needs to be configured in order to access it. Such as IP number and stuff like that. Same as adding a new computer to the network, but it CANNOT be set to automatically populate the number as it will change.

Abnormality is detected by the abnormal check of each NVRAM Data. A chip on the main board that stores important counter info is a problem or the main board can't reach that info, you need a tech to come out and flash the board and or NVRAM with firmware, which can only be downloaded fro a secure Konica Minolta Web site.
Recommended you have a technician come out to re flash the copier operating system (NOT printer driver). But the software that runs the copier, It is located at a secure web site at Konica Minlota, any firmware is access able to dealerships and KMBS only..They like to protect there copier Operating Systems..
Once again, Sir/Mam,

There could be any number of problems. Drivers, Network settings, ect. If you are the only one that can't print I would try and Ping the machines IP address to see if the computer can see the printer. Also check where the network cable connects to the copier and see if you are getting any communication lights blinking. If not you may have a bad cable. Check the machines job log and see if your print jobs are getting to the machine and are being deleted. If so you may have authentication turned on and dont have the code put in your print driver. You can download the user manuals and drivers from kmbs.konicaminolta.us .
did you download vista driver ? what accounts ? download vista driver here: http://download6.konicaminolta.eu/konmin/public/2113111C0D5E241D0049200E4E3E1C021B051A0606230E0A756E651C4B442F1A1A542A233E06445811657C1E5C540F533645181B025F1D720C1C0A5C554F0552484C2C0F144E43030E5C534E5E49295C4815070759063E060D49474F174F4136585408161D62490E16161D
I believe that machine uses the same print controller as the Bizhub C350. You will have to verify this - it's an optional unit attached to the rear of the machine. It will be where your network wire plugs in. It "should" be a IC-401 model print controller. That's the driver you need from Konica.
