Surround doesn't work with TV....does with radio

Recently my surround sound quit working with my TV but works on the radio portion. My cat got behind my RCA 52" Diagonal Widescreen Projection HDTV w/Digital Tuner, R52WH74 and thought maybe something became disconnected and since I didn't hook this system up not sure..... Any help would greatly appreciated as soon as possible....movies are just not the same R52WH74
