1. Press the Menu button, and make sure you are on the Shooting menu (red)
2. Use the Quick Control Dial to scroll down to Parameters
3. Press Set, Press Set again
4. Scroll to B/W
5. Press Set
6. (Change sharpness, contrast, etc if desired)
7. Press the Menu button to exit
You should see the B/W icon to the right of center in the top LCD.
