Fellows Powershred c-120 c indicator lights

posted by batesy76 on Apr 22, 2008

On the mentioned powershred, the middle indicator light that lets you know you need to empty the shredder comes on after each time you shred something.  You shut it off and turn on it's fine till the next piece of paper.  Any ideas would be appreciated, thank you.

your bin full sensors are dirty or broken to clean access bottom side of shredder head and look for a set of screws on each end of the paper throat. There you will see two little bulbs (bin full sensors) these have more than likely gathered paper dust and need to be cleaned with a Q-tip dipped in a little Isopryl Alchohol. This should solve your problem. If you have any questions just call us at 1-800-945-4545. A Customer Service Representative will assist you.
