If you have a nyko intercooler fan on your xbox 360, take it off, this would be causing the problem.
If you dont have one, check your power brick, if it is orange or red when you power the system, then you will need to buy a replacement.

Hi, by telling me it keeps turning off more or less at the same time its probably overheating. But make sure to check if
  • Are the + and - speaker cords short-circuited?
Make sure that the speaker connection and wire are not damage or pinched.
  • Are you using only the specified speakers?
Check that speaker connections and settings.
  • Is anything blocking the ventilation holes of the system?
Ensure the system has proper ventilation to keep it from overheating.

Original xbox

If the power light keeps flickering when you turn it on, this is usually an indication that you need a new power cable.

I turn it on but nothing apppears on the screen then i tried to turn it off and it doesnt let me so i have to unplug the electric connection, last time i used it every thing was right

So you're saying that you get sound but no video?

Okay, here's what you do. Plug only the video plug (yellow cable). Turn on the backswitch. When the red light in front is on, put your finger on the on/off button in front AND KEEP IT THERE. You will hear some beeps; don't worry about that. Keep your finger on the button until the front power light goes red again. This resets the PS3 video settings. Turn the PS3 on and the TV should pick up the signal.

Hope that helps. Keep us posted.

Sounds like there may be a bit of dust inside it causing it to overheat and lock up. Try spraying into all the vent holes with a can of compressed air or an air compressor. Just don't spray it into the disc drive. You don't want all the dust getting into it.
