Resetting a machine back to factory default aint a good plan, all you need is to find the admin password out, this is stored in 08 mode ( test mode D ) it's code is 263 ( Administrator's password ( Maximum 10 digits ) )
switch the machine on holding down 0 & 8, keep them held down till a beep occurs ( the extension key should light up on the control panel ), the screen will then come up with Test Mode D, now key in 263 then press the green start button. you should now see the admin password on the screen / be able to change it's value back to 123456 or whatever you wish. press set on the screen to accept the new value / keep current value, then just switch off / back on as normal.
