Question about John Deere 420,1020,2010,2020,2510,2520 Tractor Float
Have John Deere 165 riding mower. Strong crank, but won't start. Fuel pump works, getting fire to spark plug, changed spark plug. Still won't start. It has been working just fine, being used weekly. ? ? ?
If there's no water in fuel, which it would spit and sputter if so, then maybe check to see if valves are actuating correctly. Put a compression tester on it and see if it leaks.down if so, perform or have a valve job performed. Just a suggestion for another thing to check. Usually it's one of your last.options but can't be counted out.If a keeper slipped.off then you'd still get a strong crank. Just no.worky. Hope I helped.

Has it been outside? May be water in the fuel.
