Relic Watch Battery

My battery died in my Relic watch model # ZR77080. I took it in and they person took it apart and said it was a very hard battery to find. I can't open it to see the type of battery I need (I was going to see if I could find it online). Got any ideas as to what battery I need?

Http://www.apexbattery.com/relic-watch-battery-watch-batteries-relic-watch-batteries.html ... I've had 2 different sources take me to this same battery, although the Relic model I'm using is a ZR11586. "This battery is for ALL Relics," is what they keep saying.

What kind of batery need for relic zr 15490? i don't know because i lose my old batery.

mcdevito75 Here, Your in a spot, Looseing the old battery to your Mens Relic watch, you can look for a small watch repair shop in your area, they may have an idea of the battery number, but will most likely tell you they need the watch to know for sure. You can also try battery 364 or 371 but even I can"t be certain. You can also try online at Contact Relic Watches.com Reic should have a website. You may be left with only 1 choice, have the watch repair shop replace this battery for you, you"d have to buy and try a couple of different batteries and each battery in the store runs about $5.00 each, at the watch shop let the Jeweler figure out the battery number for your watch for 1 price. I think this is your cheapest and best option.

I'm from India and I have an Relic (Bought from US) the same model but in silver color. Its been almost two years and it is stopped. Whether battery needs to be changed or anyother problem? If I want to...

Most probably its battery problem. You can go to any reputed (Titan, Timex) watch showroom and get its battery replaced. They will change the battery immediately.

Don't get the battery replaced from the small watch repair shops. They don't have original batteries, so your battery will not last long.

Hope it helps. Don't forget to rate me. Thanks for using FixYa.

Does not run. does this watch have a battery in it?

There are two types power sources for watches. Automatic and battery.
Automatic needs to be either wound by the crown (winder on the side) or wound by the movement of the wrist while it is worn.
The battery powered is self explanatory.

Since you didn't include the model it's difficult to say for sure because Relic makes both automatics and battery powered watches. Although I can tell you is most automatics will clearly labeled. If your watch say automatic somewhere on the face or back you need to contact Relic for service because your watch has a 12 year warranty.

To prevent violating your warranty a jeweler should be the one who replaces the battery if it is battery power.
I included the link to Relic watches below for info on the warranty and instructions.
Hope this helps.
