Rcvd calls option missing

My mom pressed something on my phone and now the "Rcvd calls" option is missing and also when I press the down bottom, which would normally show me the list of calls received, nothing happens now. This only happened on one handset so the others work fine but how do I fix this.

Thank you
Anna

How do I stop the LED flashing

If you subscribe to call waiting from your supplier, be sure to clear all those messages before you attempt the following procedure. The LED is also an indicator for call waiting.

Here is what works for our SwissVoice E-pure phone. When the phone is in the standby mode (waiting for a call), press the UP navigation key on the right side of the phone. These keys are also used for volume adjustment in another mode. This gets you in the missed calls menu. Then press on the down navigation key as often as needed to stop the LED from flashing. By pressing on the down key, you start from the latest missed call and go back.

If the phone has been flashing for some time, you might have to go through a lot of missed calls before they are all cancelled. According to the instruction manual. it can store 50 missed calls.

Good luck.

I am told that I had 14 missed calls. When I click on calls. It just says All erase. How can I get to see the calls I missed?

When you hit the top left button (Show CID) it takes you to the missed called.

The first option will be to clear the list but if you press down on the arrow pad you can cycle through missed calls.

Erase missed calls on panasonic dect 6.0

I found a way. Press the menu button on the phone. Then it should say "View Caller ID". Press the menu button again. You should see one of the missed calls you had listed. Now press the mute key. It should show a screen that says, "Erase? -Yes -No". On this screen, press the mute key a second time. It should now show "Erase" in larger font. Press the down arrow on the D-pad. It should now say "Erase all". Press the menu key, and if it worked, "No items selected" will show up on the phone.

Hope this works for you.

Im looking for a manual for the cezai998 5.8 extended range i need to find out how to shut off the 911 button i have had it called on me 3 times as the button has been hit

I am not exactly sure about that feature but I can tell you how to access menu options.Hold the handset without turning on the button to make a call.Press function. You can cycle through the options by pressing up and down on the directional button.I would imagine there would be an option to disable that. You may have to play around by selecting options and looking through, but something should at least get you to that feature if it is available.Good luck! OT8500 Onetel handset- It keeps saying that there are 4 new calls- however there are no messages and nothing else showing- how can i remove this?

It means you have 4 missed calls, like on a mobile. To get rid of them go to Call List (press the CLI/R button) and delete the number from the Call List or delete the Call List completely (press the menu button for thess options).

Indicator light on Alcatel 4039 Flashing orange

no problem it's just a missed call indicator... press it and on the display screen it will say missed internal or external call, press the button adjacent to that and it will display the caller id of the missed call... again press the adjacent button and you will be presented with the option to delete the missed call... as soon as you have the orange light will stop flashing. On a 4019 the sequence is Orange button, 5 times up arrow until the identity of the missed caller is displayed ok, ok again to delete and then back arrow 4 times... hope this helps :-)
