Cold affects the charge in the battery
if the battery is not holding enough charge cold will affect its ability and if the battery has cells with caps you might need to top up electrolyte with distilled water . depends on car battery some are sealed nowadays .

If no spark, check primary voltage to the coil. Are you missing anything else, fuel pressure--injector pulse? Engine cranking, do you have rpm signal?
If any lights are flashing you might have a ground wire loose or not correctly placed butif that is all fine then you need a scanner tool or you can un hook the positive battery cable at the battery and touch it to the negative battery cable for about 10sec this is called a hard reset.
first check battery for Am and voltage . replace the battry if it's use for more than one year. fix new battery and folow up by drive your's car two kilometer then check battery cable if it;s hot means overcharging . you can check with use head light accilerate if lights more white or more high . voltage regulator must be replace for the alternator .
Check that your battery has 12v, check and clean terminal contacts. If battery has less than 12v have it charged and load tested. 9 of 10 times this will get you going...if not, I'll give you the rest of testing later if you need it.
