On a very cold night, when I started the engine on my 2001 beetle, the radio lights began flashing

get the car battery tested at either a car battery place or automobile service call out . Cold affects the charge in the battery if the battery is not holding enough charge cold will affect its ability and if the battery has cells with caps you might need to top up electrolyte with distilled water . depends on car battery some are sealed nowadays .

I changed spark plugs and wires..but car wont start..what do i do??

Your year--make--model didn't post for some reason? That info would be helpful.
If no spark, check primary voltage to the coil. Are you missing anything else, fuel pressure--injector pulse? Engine cranking, do you have rpm signal?

How to reset brain after dropping new motor and trans into 06 dakota 3.7 lit. All dummy lights still on.

If any lights are flashing you might have a ground wire loose or not correctly placed butif that is all fine then you need a scanner tool or you can un hook the positive battery cable at the battery and touch it to the negative battery cable for about 10sec this is called a hard reset.

My 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo won't start. It began to start then failed. Now it won't start at all. No clicking. Interior lights are on but the headlights make clicking noise continuously inside jeep...

Check that your battery has 12v, check and clean terminal contacts. If battery has less than 12v have it charged and load tested. 9 of 10 times this will get you going...if not, I'll give you the rest of testing later if you need it.

Check engine light on

If you disconnect your battery for 15 minutes it should clear a dummy light. However if it does not it you may have a bad sensor.
