There are 2 clips (green) between where the front panel and the top come together. (use a flash light to help locate) Take a metal putty knife and push the clips towards the rear while lifting on the corner. (This is difficult as you have to work each side up a little at a time) On the top of the tub, there is a white plastic tub ring that snaps on. Remove this by pushing down while GENTLY bening the tabs out. In the middle of the basket there is a small white cap, pry it off with a flat head screw driver. Under neath there is a bolt. Unscrew the bolt and lift the basket out. (careful, the outside or the basket is sharp) Your clothes should be underneath.

When the WP model WTW6600SW0 completes the wash cycle the clothes are still soaking wet. We have been running the clothes through another spin cycle, sometimes a second spin cycle to try to get the water...

You need to access your fault codes...pick any button but start or cancel and do the diagnostic test.
Press and hold for 4 seconds/release for 4 seconds and repeat this sequence till all the lights come on.
Press that same button to toggle thru the 5 most recent faults.
Post the fault codes back to me here.

My waching maching is not completeing its cycle. The ue code appears when the cycle comes close to the end. We took all the clothes out and tried smaller loads to balance it out better, but nothing seems...

There is a sensor in the back of the washer that senses your load. Truthfully the less in a frontload the harder it is to balance itself. If you get the uneven load error your sensor is probably going out and will need to be replaced. If you pull the washer out it should have an access panel in the rear. Look on the right side of the tub in the back after the panel is removed and you should see the sensor hanging off the side with wires going to it. If I had a model I could probably get you a part number.

My washer has an error message "uL", the washer is full of clothes and water; but won't do anything...what should I try?

Unbalanced load uL is displayed when the machine/motor control detects an off-balance load, and is steady on while the washer runs a mini-cycle to rebalance the load.
Display clears if mini-cycle successfully rebalanced the load.
If the mini-cycle is unsuccessful, uL will flash until the door lid is opened, allowing the customer to view and redistribute
the load.

I have a MAV3700AWW 10.1 kg Washing machine. It does not matter what cycle i use error code UN keeps happening recently. The clothes keep getting tangled on the blade. Please advise.

From what ive read and seen with that error code its a unbalanced load. Makes sure cloths are balance out right and make sure the machine isn't over loaded.

LG Tromm washer wont spin through the spin cycle and reads error ue. I have tried to balance the load several times and still get the same error.

This error generally happens when people try to run a bulky load, like a coat, rug, pillow, etc., using a high speed spin. For these loads, choose the low speed spin. After the cycle completes, if you think the clothes are too wet, power up the machine again but instead of choosing a cycle, just push the spin speed button until it shows the next higher spin speed (usually about 14 minutes will show on the display) and push start. The machine will usually be able to get to a faster speed now, as the clothes have some of the water spun out of them from the earlier low speed spin, allowing the machine to reach a higher spin speed without the Unbalance Error code showing up. Of course, you want to make sure the machine is on a solid floor with all the legs adjusted properly also.

Comes up with the sign UE ??

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. The error code UE means there are some heavy clothing is loaded. Rearrange items to help balance the load. If the imbalance is heavy, the washer will make several attempts to restart the spin cycle. If an imbalance is still detected, the washer will stop and will display the error code UE. In case, if the load is small then you need to add 2-5 clothes to balance the load. If the load is out of balance then you need to rearrange the clothes to balance it. Although the Washer has an imbalance detection and correction system but if still the problem persists then it means that it is due to control error and needs to replaced preferably by a qualified service technician.

Please do rate the solution and revert for further assistance.

Thanks
Rylee

My samsung 7kg front loader keeps flashing UE on the error code (spin cycle) and I can't open the door

UE = Unbalance Error

Laundry load is unbalanced, manually loosen any tangled laundry.
If only one item of clothing needs washing, such as a bathrobe or jeans, the final spin result might be unsatisfactory and an UE error message will be shown in the display. Unbalance error is cleared by POWER switch OFF and back ON.

Thanks for using FixYa - a 4 THUMBS rating is appreciated for answering your FREE question.
