Most likely this is either an issue with a custom white balance, color tone, or the image sensor is starting to go.

Set the white balance to AWB (menu -> W.Balance).

Try to adjust the color (usually has options like sepia, cyan, black and white normal, etc).

If these fail a lot of cameras have a reset to factory settings.

If none of these suggestions work, its probably the image sensor.

Lumix pictures blurry

I would suggest that the image stabilizer might not be working right. Could you upload a photo to Flickr or other location where I could look at the EXIF, or list it here. I would like to see what the camera is writing to the image as the settings when the photo was taken.

Does it make a difference when the image stabilizer is on or off?

Hi,
It is ccd imager chip failure problem in DMC-TZ3 and ccd imager chip will be replaced to solve this issue.
CCD Imager chip part number is VEK0L04 and available in PartStore.com for $141
Local camera repair shop will replace it because camera will take apart and expert tech is required to do so.

i think this is the CCD problem. did you recorded any laser show or direct exposer of ccd to SUN will do these kinda problems. take it to service center . replacing ccd will work . aaarwind

Hazy photos

I assume you are not shooting into sun. Try shooting with camera in its default settings and mode set to Auto Normal.

I found 2 different Lumix TZ3 cameras.

In the manual, I couldn't find a reference to a bluish color.

In FAQ's, I found the following:
