If this doesn't work you'll need to tell me the exact version you have but it should.
1)Start Norton 360.
2)Click Tasks & Settings.
3)Click Change Advanced Settings.
4)Click Firewall Protection Settings.
5)Under Firewall, click Off.
7)Under "How long should the firewall remain turned off?" select Until I turn back on, and then click OK.
