VOICEMAIL PASSWORD

IS THERE A WAY TO BY PASS THE PASSWORD ON THE PHONE? THE PERSON WHO WORKED IN MY OFFICE BEFORE ME IS NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY & I CAN'T SEEM TO ACCESS THE VOICEMAIL.

Someone with System Manager access would have to do it. They can either default it, or delete the box and recreate it.
