Cannot open DVR Explorer and Mail Manager

My computer crashed. I am up and running again after reinstalling all my software. My data was all saved. However, the software for DVR Explorer will not open. Apparently, it has two corrupt files, "userfat.dll" in DVR Explorer and and "jetcdc6.dll" in the Mail Manager. Where can I download these files and or get new DVR Explorer software for this.

    Here is the manual

User's ManualYou need to reinstall your ddr 3000 software on your pc from factory disk.
If it still does not work, then there is a n issue between the software and windows.
userfat.dll is part of korea music player (Download)
jetcdc6.dll does not appear on any list, probably had been installed with recorder software.
If it still does not work you may have a problem with your Operative system installation, it must be reinstalled on PC.

How to make the taskbar reappear when it disappears in Windows

Sometimes on a computer running Windows, an application will crash or an unstable process will lock up the system, and out of nowhere the taskbar that runs across the bottom of the screen will disappear. The rest of the desktop and all of your icons will probably still be visible -- it's only the taskbar that is gone. Without the taskbar, you can't access the Start menu or view the open programs in your system notification tray.

To get your taskbar and Start menu back without shutting down your computer, hit <CTRL><ALT><Delete> and then (depending on the version of Windows that you are running) choose the appropriate option to open the Task Manager. (In Windows XP Professional, for example, there is a button labeled "Task Manager".) When the Task Manager window appears, select File from the menu bar and then from the drop down menu click on "New Task (Run)". Type "explorer.exe" into the text bar and hit <Enter>. Windows will sort of "reset" itself, and the taskbar and Start button will reappear. (This may take a minute.)

Whatever caused the system to become unstable in the first place could easily happen again, so at this point it's a good idea to save any unsaved data, close all open applications, and then shut down and reboot your computer. If the same problem happens again, make a note of which programs you were running when it occurred, as it may be a resource conflict or compatibility issue that's causing the problem.

Yahoo email will not open after I did file recovery on computer.

It is a good idea to let Windows Update fetch all the patches and security fixes for your system, as many are specifically for Internet Explorer.

After you are sure your system is up to date, open your Internet Explorer browser:

1) Click "Tools" > Select "Internet Options"

2) Click the "Security" Tab

3) Highlight "Internet" as the zone to change

4) Click "Custom level..."

5) Scroll down the options:

Under "Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins" select "Enable"

Under "Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting" select "Enable"

6) Click <OK> to close this window, then <OK> again to close the Internet Options dialog box.

7) Close your Internet Explorer browser

8) Reboot your computer

Try your Yahoo! Mail again. I hope this helps!
