My problem isn't so much a problem with the computer as much as, I have a problem where on the back of my computer lists the Serial Number and the Service number Id. When I go to try and put my information to try and send it in to Acer it lets me put my Serial number in but says my Service Id number is invalid. I was wondering how I would go about maybe getting a new Service Id number or just how to fix the problem of even being able to get this service number id working. I bought this little Acer Aspire 1 from RefurbDepot.com and all the information as I've said (Serial Number and Service Id Number are on there but the Acer site says it cant recognize the Service # ID. Is there any solution to this? I would really appreciate the help.

Try re-installing the WEBcam driver. You can download the WEBcam and device drivers from Dell WEB site, the support download page. Make sure you select your model desktop or laptop, better still, type in the Service Tag number, it is printed on the label on the bottom of the laptop and on the back or sides of a desktop. (If the Service Tag label is missing then go into the BIOS setting and on one of the BIOS pages, the Service Tag number will be displayed). This will open the page where the specific drivers for your model computer are located. Also make sure you select the Windows of the drivers for your Windows operating system. The simplest thing to do is call Straight Talk's customer service from another phone. Tell them what you wrote here, and be ready to give them your phone number, verify that it's really you that is calling (a phone company usually asks for some sort of ID for security) and they may also ask you to open the phone and read a number off a sticker inside it.
If you do have time left on the account and the phone isn't physically damaged, they may be able to turn it back on today.

This isn't an issue with the actual phone. I would attempt to call a number that you know is working. Like a free 800 number from the television. If you are able to get through with that call then you should check that the numbers you are calling are in service. If you have the same problem with the 800 number then you need to get in contact with your phone company.
Did you fully charge your phone? - Make sure you fully charge for 16-24 hours .
Is the battery old? - Replace the battery.
Is the electrical outlet switch turned on? - If you are using AC (electrical) power, make sure that the unit is connected to a non-switched electrical outlet.
Are the connecting wires tight - Unplug the AC power converter from the unit and plug it back in.
Do you have CallerID service with your telephone company - In order to receive CallerID records, you must subscribe to the standard name and number CallerID service available through your local telephone company. If the CallerID works for normal calls but not on Call waiting calls, then you must contact your phone company to get the combined CID/CW service.
CallerID shows up after second ring - Be sure to wait until the second ring before answering. CallerID signals comes through after the first ring, if caller pick ups phone too soon CallerID signal will not be transmitted to the handset.
Confirm that callerID is still working on that particular line by checking another phone on the same line - If CallerID is not coming through contact your phone company provider.
