Hello Scranch...I ran across your article while searching for the Haier customer number. What you described has been my experience with regards to the problems I have had with my Haier plasma TV. Failure within a years time repaired and within 7 months failure again. The Stone walling tactics by Haier as well as delays and back order of parts. I believe what we have here is product liability on the part of Haier. I'm more than willing to start the process of a class action law suit on behalf all the consumers whom were victimized by Haier selling of a defective product. And Haier's unwillingness to make amends to those of us who stand victimized by Haier.

same problem here I bought my from sears, terrible customer service. never again. Tv has been repair according to them. but now the quality of the picture isn't there. I'm with you in the class action against Haier.
