If both top and oven are not igniting, then most likely you need an ignitor board. I should be located behind the left side of the console as you are looking from the front of the stove. I will look it up to be sure. There should be a tech sheet on the back panel of the stove to help in checking the boards.

When you do locate the model, just go to the repair clinic.com website and type in the model number, follow instruction after that. see the following figure it might help in locating the model number:
This is a bad gas valve. You will need your model number off this unit to order the correct part. If you will look around the front frame of the oven, there is a serial plate with model number on it. If it has a bottom drawer, it may be on the front frame when you open the drawer. Give us a call with your model number and we'll get the right part out to you asap. 972-859-0929 - We look forward to working with you! Hope this helps!
Serial number labels are usually located in any one of a number of places -
Under the cooktop in one of the corners Inside the oven door frame (not on the door) Behind the bottom drawer pullout on the oven, left hand side Oven back.
If this unit is anything less than 20 years old, there will be a label somewhere.

Hi Deeg, there was a service flash regarding this problem. The bake burner and bake igniter have been modified to assure consistent oven ignition and performance. The number of ports on the burner have increased located at the electrode tip. The electrode shield has also been modified. This repair should be covered under warranty. The kit part number is 8190618 for your information. If your serial number ranges from RK01 through RR11, this is your problem. I would call Sears and request service. Catriver.
