The problem could also be with Job Accounting. If it is enabled, you will also need to add your DID information to the print driver

Check if any of your drum units for fault. Another cause could be that the toner is exhuasted but does not indicate, so try putting a new toner set, this will fill the drum unit with toner and then the warming up indication might go. You can also try replacing with older drum units just to test if that problem is being solved

We have a kyocera fs-c5100dn. When printing credit card reciepts it takes around 1.5 minutes. Is there some way to speed this up?

The printer probably is going into "power-saving" mode after several minutes of non-usage. Then, it must "warm-up" for 90 seconds, in order to print the page. Reconfigure the printer to stay "active" for a longer time, like 30 minutes, before entering "power-save" mode.

I have a delay in certain items printing to a particular printer. For example, I have a printer setup in my bar area of the restaurant where are bar drink orders print, while food obviously prints in the...

Different or same manufacturer and model of printers in both areas?

Some printers require some time to "warm-up" before printing.
Once warm, each page prints without delay.
So, the kitchen printer could be "busy", printing order after order, and will stay "warm".

Interchange the two printers, and see if the "slowness" stays with the printer, or if the "slowness" stays at the bar.

My Phaser 7700 Printer does not come to a ?Ready? state

This might be a bad main Image Processor (650-4307-00) board. We can isolate it by printing an internal test print.

You can power up the unit in diags (hold "back" & "info" buttons while powering up) Go to "Built in Test Prints" and try to print the "Grid 1 Dot Pattern"

If you print, then it's proven...

If not, then you will get an error that will allow further troubleshooting.
