Question about Tomtom GO 920 GPS Receiver

Call customer service with the unit plugged in to the cradle. They can walk you through some updates and if necessary reformat the unit. If that doesn't work and it's out of warranty then you're screwed. They have a software glitch and if reformatting doesn't work and it's out of warranty then they suggest you throw the unit away and buy another. Trust me, I won't buy another TomTom.
