On a T50, the staple driver (plunger) does not come back far

Enough to pick up the stsple. All else seems to be working ok. the staple driver goes farther than needed to drive a staple, as it is extended beyond the surface ( approx 1/16" ) after the driving action is finished. Is a possible solution just to grind the driver back shorter until it picks up a staple?

If we did not live in a recycleable society that would be a good answer. Why not try to fix it?

Cant load staples t50 bn electric

There is a latch at the rear bottom of the gun at the back end of the chrome slider. Push it in a little enough to clear the little metal tab at the top of the latch and the pull the slider all the way out. This will give you access to the channel where you load the staples into.

The info on the gun says it will shoot many different staples, but it will only take 3/8 staples and I need to use 1/2 staples to do the job.

The T50P stapler uses T50 staples of various lengths, including 3/8, 7/16, and 1/2. Is it possible that the 1/2 inch staples you are trying to use are not T50? All T50 staples are the same width and should fit your stapler. There are several other widths of staples that are not T50, although T50 is the most common.

Arrow staple gun will not shoot it seems it is locked into place

You likely have i staple jamed in it see if you can get something that fits into the end where the staples come out and pull the bent staples out this is common even on bigger models

Staples are stuck inside the stapler and will not come out

Typically you do not open these up.
Makes it difficult to remove stuck or wrong staples.
I have had good luck removing the staple ram rod and rapping firmly on the **** of the stapler against a wooden table. The idea is jolting the stuck staples into reverse out the way they went in. Tedious process but usually works. Removing the jammed staples in the nose at the striker plate requires using needle nose pliers and a sharp awl or small screw driver used on very small screws.
My T50 Arrow stapler is over 20 years old.
Still works great. Sometimes I slide in the wrong size staples by mistake. The process above usually works.
Good luck!

T50 stapler gun it worked for about 15 applications then just stopped, it's not jammed, it has staples loaded properly & firing off staples repeatedly doesn't work nothing comes out??? Why would it just...

It sounds like a manufactor defect in wire harness or premature silinoid burn out,
or you simply need to make sure you plug into and outlet that works. Could be cheap but not worth repair, return as defect if possiable and buy new one before.

Please rate. Thanks jj505

My arrow fastener model t-50m is jammed how do I remove the few

I have a similar issue with my T50m stapler. To remove the staples unscrew the locking nut near where you load the staples and remove the tapppered bolt. The track will lift out and the staples can be easily removed. Why this is happening is unknown to me also. I purchased a new gun.
