Not a transformer problem... this is likely filter capacitors, rectifiers, and PROBABLY a bad amp chip. Service this before it wrecks the speaker.

My Line 6 Spider II 210 won't make any sound from the guitar. When the amp powers on, the speakers pop a little so I know they are connected right. All of the lights are on and the channels can switch...

Bad soldering, especially around the jacks and plugs. Crack in the circuit board. Bad switch contacts on the headphone jack... all these are first things to check.
Here is your service manual for the unit:

My son has a Line 6 Spider III amp. The sound disappeared. I was told the problem is the power transformer had no power any longer. I need a 1X-5730-04H0 to replace the bad one. Where do I order from?...

Transformer failures are VERY UNCOMMON. I would verify the problem before trying to find one.

Most failures are with circuit board cracks and electrolytic capacitors.

Find a very competent electronic technician to check this out.

The RARE failures that occur in transformers are often poor soldering right near the terminals or lead wires. These can often be repaired without replacing.

My Line 6 Spider Amp sound goes out when I plug in my FBV express pedal. Any advice?

Read this cut and paste and verify compatibility as a first step:

<<<
*FBV is not compatible with Spider II 15 or Spider III 15.

**FBV is only compatible with POD 2.0 units with pedal jacks labelled "FBV Pedal." It is not compatible with older units which have pedal jacks labelled simply "Pedal."

(NOTE: FBV is NOT compatible with Ax212, Flextone I, II or HD, POD® Pro, Bass POD®, Bass POD® Pro and Spider.)
>>>

Note there are apparently several versions. Check compatibility at this site:

Hi My line 6 spider 111 30 has a problem The amp will switch on but there are no light showing and no sound, there is power to the amp as it will hum slightly when switched on

The hum MIGHT be directely from teh power transformer vibrating the chassis RATHER than via the speaker. This is an important detail to investigate.

Amp goes dead

A few things come to mind. The power transformer could be failing or a capacitor is failed or has a broken solder connection..or a series of bad connections. Spider II's and especially III's are known to do this sort of thing. There is nothing you can do to fix it without taking it to an authorized repair center with your receipt. Repair centers simply get a whole new circuit board to replace the existing one since most of the components are surface mount and programmed chips. If its the transformer then if may be more expensive to fix than it's worth (unless it's still under warranty). With dozens and dozens of components inside these amps, there is no way to pinpoint the problem without hands-on servicing. Check Line 6's website for your nearest repair center. Best of luck!
