Why does belt keep coming off when spinning?

Sadly, this is almost certainly drum bearings worn out and the drum spins off centre, causing the belt to come adrift (I'm guessing your spin cycle has become significantly noisier recently). Worse news I'm afraid, the IWC6125 uses a sealed, non serviceable drum, so this is really an uneconomical repair that will cost around 60%-75% of the cost of the machine when new

How much does a main drum for a candy washing machine cost

When someone has a drum in stock, it would cost twice the price you pay for a new washing machine. There are no spaceports like this in huge quantities and I think the machine must be some years old. Replacing will cost you a few hours too, so think twice before you start.
Next time, please add the model number too, makes it easier to look for spare parts.

Thomson washing machine

it all depends if it is a two piece drum that comes apart or a moulded one piece one that'll cost almost as much as a new machine. $400 is rather expensive for a drum bearing fix

How long should your outer bowl last in a washing machine

It should last as long as the machine works, UNLESS the water that you are using has impurites and crusting.
So if so occassionally using good cleaners to keep off dirt accumulation can prevent damage to the outer drum. Also the cost of replacement of a new drum might not be feasible when compared to the cost of a new unit.

AWOD 6727 washing machine 2 years old this month. bearings gone. told need new drum because unable to get to bearings in this model. not even used every day! will cost more than the machine did new. very...

Try and see if the bearings can be washed and the dirt removed so that it moves freely. However if the drum is wobbling then the bearings have to be changed and if this cost as near to the cost of a new machine , I suggest that you scrap or exchange for scrap value and go for a different make with extended warranty.

Our washing machine is making a horrible clicking noise when it spins out the clothes. It almost feels like the drum is wobbly inside.

Bad rear drum bearing or drum support, both are very labor intensive and costly if not covered under an extended warrenty, you may want to shop for a new one

Drum can break , it is not unusual.
Remove rear cover, and looknunderneath the drum, you will probably see where it has broken, and it would be better to buy new washer if it has brokem.
Happy new year.

My washing machine started to make a loud grinding noise and does not rotate to wash nor to spin. after moving the machine i found some plastic shavings under it.

Sounds like the bearings for the drum have or are on the way out. The belt has probably broke or come off.
Depending on the age, cost of new and personal feelings it can be repaired but normally it isn't cost effective, unless the machine cost £500+ ($800+)

Bearings on a indest wie 167 washing machine

You can download a user manual for your m/c, but not a repair manual, Go to>
Follow the links. To remove the spider, remove the rear panel, remove drum belt, undo drum pulley, you may have to heat the screw holding the pulley, undo all screws that you can see holding the spider to drum rear.
Withdraw spider, you may have to use some force to pull it off.
Fit new bearings or spider, and reassemble..
plz rate this solution.
