If there is no power at all. Then this problem relates to three problems. 1)Either the power outlet in which the power cord of the xerox work center in inserted that is faulty.Try in another power outlet then check. 2) The power wire of the xerox work center itself is faulty. 3) The major problem the power supply board of the xerox work center has been got short and the power supply board needs to be checked by meter and faulty components on the power supply board has to be replaced. Now out of this three possibilities the first possibility has been tried by you. That is ,you checked the other devices on the same outlet and that are working. But still you try to connect the xerox work center in other different power outlet if its possible ,because many a times the xerox work center requires certain amount of voltage/current to power on and on that power out its not getting the required current to turn ON.so try it on another power outlet and confirm the first possibility. But if same NO power problem in another power outlet too, then check the power cord.IF possible replace the power wire and check.IN some cases the Power wire is internally fitted on the power supply board of the xerox work center so in that case the internal power wire has to be disassembled from the power supply board and external power wire has to be connected. But that is bit technical job and technicians help is required because the exact voltage of external power has to be checked. If its confirmed that power cord of the xerox work center is OK,then the power supply board is faulty. But this power supply board as a whole never goes faulty. On power supply board there are many tiny electronic components. If any of the components gets weak or shorted then this makes the power problem as the current gets cut on the board. Many a time its a tiny fuse problem. On the power supply board there is a tiny fuse located for safety purpose. This fuse blows out actually to save whole power supply board from blowing out and get faulty. In that case only replacing the fuse solves the problem. But for that also the xerox work center has to be disassembled to reach the power supply board. Any of this possibility can cause this problem of NO power on the xerox work center.Get it checked and replace the faulty as per the problem. Thanks. Keep updated for any more query. You can rate this solution and show your appreciation.

I've disassembled the printer and I'm at the power supply board. How do you change out the fuse. I don't see it.

I need to change my Xerox workcentre 4150 toner cartridge. The old cartridge is stuck and I cannot get it out. Any ideas? Thank you. Russ thornock

You have to twist them clockwise and then counter clockwise. There is a locating pin they stick on in back, All I can say is twist and pull.
You can try opening the right side door and sliding a thin bladed screwdriver in there to assist in lostening it .
That is not uncommon and is frustraiting.

Olevia 37" no picture

check the TV power cord first., try to plug any other appliances on the same surge protector or outlet, like electric fan, electric iron., see if's work., if it does, probably the power supply of your TV is in trouble.

Xerox WorkCentre 4150, 3 vertical white lines in all feeder scans

the problem is in the scanner, open it up and see if you can find any smudges, and clean any obstruction, any ink, liquid eraser residuals, can cause this part to appear as lines on your copied faxed image.
dont concentrate on the printer this is a scanner problem

Sony BRAVIA 32 inch

I had the same problem with a old Sony TV.

To find out if the problem is temporary
  1. Turn off the television.

IMPORTANT: For a projection television that uses an internal lamp, wait 5 minutes after turning off the television to allow the lamp to cool before continuing with the following steps.

2. Unplug the television power cord from the electrical outlet.

3. Let the television remain without power for 60 seconds.

4. Plug the power cord back into the electrical outlet.

NOTE: If the television is plugged into a power strip or surge protector, remove it from the power strip or surge protector and plug it directly into the wall outlet. If the issue is resolved, the problem is with the power strip or surge protector and not the television.

5. Turn on the television.

If the light is still flashing the tv has stop working and you will need to buy a new one.

Xerox 4150 Multifunction Printer

From my expreiences with that product, you should reload the machine software.
If the machine is less than one year old call for service it is under warranty.
If not you can go to www.xerox.com and download the firmware,10.100.32.000.
It will resolve many software issues on that product.
You can download it to your computter then upload it to your machine.
Some of the versions of software on that product have some issues. Most are resolved with that version.
You will also need to download the 4150 printer setting utilities if you are going to do this yourself.
You may lose your LDAP settings, so be sure you print out a settings or configuration page before you do the upgrade.
