Question about M&S Systems MNC System
My M&S Systems MC602 intercom/radio has experienced "ghost" audio when the audio system is turned off, e.g., faint sounds like audio interference can be heard through speakers.
My M&S 302 also had similar problem.
sometimes it will turn on and turn off by itself.
I believe it is sensitive to signal and noise or signal cross-talk.
Once I pressure washed the window, the M&S system created
strange sounds. I think the wiring in the window frame gets wet and caused it. This system is very sensitive.

Based on the problem description, there is nothing you can check to try and get the radio to work again. The most likely cause is a Tuner Module failure due to electrical surge. You will need to send the MC602 to us for service. We will need you full address, phone number, and the serial number or date code from the back of the MC602. The serial number/date code will be on a white sticker and may have a barcode on the sticker as well. When receive you information, we will issue you a Return of Product Authorization (RPA) number and instructions for returning the unit. There will be a repair charge and that can be provided with the RPA number.
