An easy way is to scan the image and save it. Open it with windows fax viewer, click on print and there will be an option for full page.

Another option is when you go to print it click printer properties and look for an option that says fit to page.

his printer has an option to print documents on a bigger size. Does not make any difference what document he is printing here are specs:
printing in scale 50 to 400% in 1% increments.
Here is the complete user manual.
You need to use settings from control panel in the manual, described under 'Perform special copy jobs'.
Use 'resize document to custom settings', pages 127-129:

"Resize an original using custom settings
You can use your own custom settings to reduce or enlarge a copy of a document.
To set a custom size from the control panel
    1. Make sure you have paper loaded in the input tray.
    2. Load your original print side down on the right front corner of the glass.
    3. Press Copy Menu.
    The Copy Menu appears.
    4. Press to highlight Size, and then press OK.
    The Size menu appears.
    5. Press to highlight Custom 100%, and then press OK.
    The Custom 100% menu appears.
    6. Use the keypad or press or to select a percentage to reduce or enlarge the copy.
(The minimum and maximum percentage to resize a copy varies by model.)
    7. Press OK."

The printer will keep the settings.

If you get in troubles reset to default.

Can not scan to mac computer from hp c7280. What should I do? I need to know how to scan hp c7280 to my imac computer. I receive the message "refer to device documentation to troubleshoot." ...

There are multiple ways to use the scanner on your Mac. If your Mac recognizes the scanner as a device, then you can use the scan from the Mac using Preview or Image Capture apps (in your Applications folder). You can also use Picasa by going to the import function and finding the scanner and try it from there. If you are having issues getting the HP scanner to recognize the Apple device. Here is the official website for the download from HP. Apple drivers sometimes do the job of getting the scanner to be recognized, but the official drivers might do better.

Unable to add a functioning (second) printer, for greyscale.

Clicked on Start/Control Panel/PrinterI. Clicked Add a printer. Obtained (Copy 1) of my HP Photosmart C7280 all-in-one printer. Right clicked on (Copy 1)/properties. Opened Ports tab. Saw comment "Print to the following Ports. Documents will print to the first free checked port." A listed USB Virtual printer port, showed three printers -- my first printer, my copy 1 (& my fax printer) -- was unchecked. I placed a checkmark in this Port box. Both the original printer, and my copy 1 printer are printing just fine. *I have not checked to verify that my fax is functional.
I did rename the original "color". I renamed Copy 1 as "grayscale", and --under printer preferences, checked, under "color options", to print in greyscale.

Copier will not work correctly

try cleaning the scanner glass(both the scan bed as well as the scanner glass on the Automatic document feeder)..then clean the copper contacts on the cartridges......if it still does not work then You can try a reset on the printer using the # and the number 6,holding them down while plugging in the power cord at the back of the printer.it should work......
