Question about Panasonic DHNNS255 1000 Watts Microwave Oven
Have a NN-G335WF Panasonic Microwave which is not responding for any key press. It is getting power but non of the keys are responding. The dispaly shows 00:00 and when stop is pressed it gives a beep sound.

first thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a
minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.
If that doesn't work, leave it unplugged for maybe an hour. Then let us know if the hard reset does not fix it.
You may instead have a failed keypad.

Our technician suggest that there may be a problem with the Inverter Board in this model, which is something that would need to be looked at by a Service Center.
In rare cases it could be the door switches.
