Installing washing machine motor P/N 35-5022, need wiring schematic to hook up to machine internals

The serial on the motor is s68pxmal-1024 and the washing machine is a maytag performa model 35-5369 and i need to know which wires to connect where on the motor the wires from the machine are color coded and numbered :
white, with green and black diagonal striping
light blue #2

red #4
white labelled "P"
white #1, with small splice wire labelled "P"
the motors wiring attatchment harness block has a blue sticker on it ,

\_______{}_______{}_________//
==[ P 1 P ]
==[ 4 ] /
==[_____2__ ________]/
[ 3 ]
----[ ]
[_______5_]
outside of the box are the prongs for hook up:
== is two horizontal prongs
\ or // are two diagonal prongs
/
/ is a singal diagonal prong
and the --- is a single horizontal prong
all sticking out of the side of the motor wire harness casing, the "t" shaped box is the shape of the blue sticker on the front of the harness, with the numbers in relative position as to the real harness

Is there a white or black connector that clips on the motor switch? it should be an easy unplug and plug the new motor in.

I dont of any Manufacturer that uses single wire connectors any more.

Are you sure you got the correct motor?

The black or brown connection block on the motor should be color coded to match the harness. If not you will need to remove the control panel and find the service guide sheet. This will give you the wiring diagram for the whole machine.

My Washing machine has a fault code of CE - any ideas?

You will need to do troubleshooting.
CE Communications Error .If there is any breakdown in communication between the machine controller and the motor controller, CE flashes and the unit beeps once.
Some common causes of CE errors include:
· Conformal coating on serial communications pins between the machine controller and motor controller. After disconnecting power to the unit, try scraping this coating off the pins.
· Check the resistance values between the serial communications pins with the connectors in place. Make sure the harness does not have a bad connection.
· Check the quick disconnect at the motor terminal. The drive motor must be hooked up properly or a CE error will occur.
· Drive motor thermal protector has opened.
·Motor controller is not powered or fuse has opened. Replace motor controller.---------------------- If any part need to get replaced,then you can get required part from www.repairclinic.com .-------
Thank you.

Have a 15 years old KitchenAid Surcare two speed 1/2 hp motor washing machine. part # 3361989 Machine is still working Would however I would like to know what kind of maintenance it needs and how to g

This machine needs no routine maintenance. If it's lasted 15 years, then you have treated it well, not overloading it with too many clothes and putting a strain on it. The tub rusting out may be your biggest worry. The schematic for the electric wiring, the diagram for the machine layout and the tub will be in the owner's manual.

The agitater has stopped working

Belt needing to be replaced is obvious.

As for a schematic of the motor, I think what you are really needing is a wiring diagram and schematic of the complete washing machine. Most often, there is a paper one glued to the inside of the removable panel on the back of the washing machine. Either there, or inside the control head on the top of the washing machine.

Please include the specific model number in any replies.

Washing machine moter

green is ground, white is neutral, red/black is usually hot on a 1 phase 110-120v motor. (normal colors are black, white, green).
if three phase, (208-220v), green is ground, white, is neutral, black/red/blue are hot. (only uses 2 of these, so there should only be a total of 4 wires). once you have the wiring connected, turn on the motor, and check the rotation direction it turns. if it turns backwards, reverse the red/black wires, the red/white wires, or the black/white wires.

be sure you look at the data plate on the motor to determine one or three phase motor.
their should be a small diagram of which wire inside go to which other wires inside on a three phase motor and for which voltage, and are usually numbered on the individual wire.
good luck.

GE Washing Machine Replacement Motor - Capacitor? Relay? Schematic?

The new units have all of your schematics, capacitor and a higher price for a reason. With GE I avoid used parts because there is so much electronics you don't want to fry. The wire harness leads match the old and there should not be an extra wire, were would it go if there is not a receptacle for it?
I looked up your unit and the motor replacement is WH20X10009 for the model you quoted. As of now GE is has updated this to model wh20x10006 for around 263 dollars.
