Question about Hoover Self-Propelled WindTunnel Bagless Upright VacuumVacuum
Hello, Any advice on the self-propelled feature? Mine is now whining/screaching and smells like it's burning up. I see the bar in front gets "stuck" ~ will changing the drive belt help fix this problem?
If it is a rubber smell, then it could be belts and/or brush roll. If it is an electrical smell, then it could be the motor. Take the belts off and see if it still makes that noise, if it does, then the motor is going bad.
