SOURCE: Parking brake hook up
This wire goes to the "Hot" side of the parking break switch... When the Parking Break is put on, a switch is closed, thus putting an "Earth" on this wire.. Ya can often bypass this by connecting to earth. Sometimes this wire can be "Hot" +12v so B4 doing anything with unit "On" check this wire for any Voltage.

you dont need to run the parking wire just put in toggle switch and run red wire from toggle switch to skinny yellowish or greenish wire not the speaker wire and run the black from toggle to black ground from car and deck and flick the switch and watch whatever you want when u drive
