Question about Cameras

First , load the proper drivers and programs related to your camera to the computer, then follow manufacturer's instructions on transferring pictures to the computer.
Sometimes, it is not automatic on certain brands.
What brand do you have and what software? I would ask this everytime I see a new camera/computer combination.
