I've already tried to change all the cartridges with no success.

We attempted to print postage and got a page of solid black ink. Message on printer says No Printer Cartridge. We turned the printer on and off and rebooted the computers but it still will not let us print anything. Rain today, might have had lightening during the night but we have a surge protector.

Try to change the both colour and black catriages
