Question about Washing Machines

E20. I have read that it's a problem with the pump, or drain hoses
remove the 2 screws on the bottom and the front access panel comes off
pump is on the right, remove hoses from it, remove pump from machine then remove whatever is in the pump

Tips for a great answer:
Thank you for your inquiry, B.paddock!
From what you have described your Frigidaire washer is displaying an "E20" code and once the cycle is completed the clothes are still wet. Typically, an "E20" code stands for the water is not pumping out fast enough. You should check your drain hose to make sure they are not restricted or clogged. If your hose is fine it could be a possible issue with your main control board or drain pump. I would then suggest contacting a professional technician for proper disassembly of your washer and replacement of the electrical components. If you do not have a professional connection you can visit your manufacturer's website to locate a technician in your surrounding area. I hope this information is helpful. -Matt
