It is actually the same. As you can see both end in 36a. The supply error might show a numeric code: 10.1000. If that is your case try to get the toner replace, specially if the toner is generic. That is caused by a defective chip in the cartridge.

cartridge e-label, or the e-label is not on the cartridge.
Basically what is happening is the printer cannot read the small chip on the toner cartridge. The chip is located on toner cartridge as it is inserted into the printer. 1 - Make sure the toner is firmly seated into the printer. 2 - Power cycle the printer with the toner out of the printer. Install the toner back into the printer. 3 - Install another toner cartridge. 3 - Verify that the e-label connector is firmly seated in connector
