Question about Heating & Cooling

Likely have a restriction or rise in the tubing going through the wall. as stated, could be condensation. if it's happened since the day it was installed why have you not called the installing contractor? not easy to remove from wall and inspect piping without risk of copper damage or Freon leak, recommend calling a professional

I feel the water drops are condensation caused by cold air when its warm weather. There should be a catch basin to catch it and it should dry itself out in a while if not is there any place you can put one in yourself. Maybe just wrapping the pipe with a towel could help. the pipe is cold and it could cause water to form. I would try to insulate the pipe with pipe wrap. You can buy it at a hardware store. See what happens.

i believe you have a high pressure switch on your condenser that is going bad .it is a switch that has two red wires connected to it inside your outside unit

sounds like the compressor relay is stuck in the 'on' position .... hence the compressor will not turn off .... to fix it you will need to turn off the main power (unplug) and take off the front panel then look at the circuit board normally the largest relay on the board is the compressor relay ... sometimes you can snap off the cover or break it off at times and clean the contacts ,give it a little spray with some contact cleaner or lub like wd 40 and that should be it .... alternative to this is just changing the circuit board all together ....
