Question about Apple iPod touch
Have you tried rebooting it? (you havnt mentioned which gen it is but this works for at least 1st and 2nd)
1. hold down hold/power button + home button
2. the power off slider might appear, dont let go
3. will make a flash then should go black. it is now fully off
4.hold down the power/hold button like you would normally until the logo comes up then wait for it to finish rebooting
hopefully this helps!
