How do I correct error c4152?

Magenta Print head (print head has the LASER inside of it that writes the image on the drum) in this case it is the magenta LASER. Open and close the front door to reset. If it comes back replace the print head. Normal done as a set of all four. (Black, Magenta, Yellow, and Cyan). Worse case is the relay board is bad or the Image control Board$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

This could be a DC controller issue or and issue with the black drum unit. If you have replaced the Black Drum, and it still produces the same error after doing a print, then you will need to replace the DC controller PCB and possibly look at the power supply.

Hello i have a canon machine c3200 and the code that it give to me is e000020-360 and i dont know what is that

This is most lilely an error with one of the drums. The fist 2 digits indicate the color of drum. 01 is Black, 02 is Magenta, 03 is Cyan, and 04 - Yellow. The "60" is indicating that the developer concentration target value is faulty. This is set when a new drum is installed. Buy a new cyan drum and install it yourself. All adjustments are automatically done by the copier. Good luck.
