I can"t access any program in my htc mobile - HTC Touch Viva Cell Phone

To connect to the internet using GPRS/3G, open the All Programs screen and then tap Settings > Wireless controls > Mobile network settings.
To setup an access point automatically, tap the switch beside the Automatic setup option to turn it on.
To create a new access point, tap Access Point Names. Press the MENU button and then tap New. Enter the access point details and then tap Save.

NOTE 1: An internet connection (GPRS/3G, etc.) is required to access this service. Your operator may charge for using GPRS/3G.

NOTE 2: To open the All Programs screen, please see the FAQ "How do I open the All Programs screen?"

NOTE 3: Contact your mobile operator to get the settings for your carrier, if needed

This is very simple, make sure that you have installed HTC Sync on your computer, and that you have turned on your phone's data connection (such as 3G)

1. Connect the phone to your computer using the USB cable.
2. When the Select default type dialog box appears, select Mobile network sharing, and then tap Done.

Mobile network sharing is enabled and the Mobile network sharing icon appears on the left side of the Notifications panel.

You can now access the Internet on your computer. While using your phone as a modem, you will not be able to access the phone's storage card or synchronize your phone.
To Turn it Off

1. Press HOME > MENU, and then tap Settings > Wireless controls.
2. Clear the Mobile network sharing check box.

Reply back if it works. I am damn sure this shud work.
