Your CPU Fan is faulty or not functioning properly. This probably is due to overheating of the CPU, and the System Unit will shutdown to prevent further damage to your Mainboard. Replace the CPU Fan.

Hope it helps.

Hi Faith,

BSOD's can be caused by ....well, lots of things...Drivers, hardware incompatibility, operating system, etc. Also diagnosing the cause would require above average knowledge.

I would suggest upgrading all your hardware drivers to latest releases. If not fixed, a clean re-install of Windows should fix it. (remember to back up your data)

Always shutdown after 5 minutes ON. On again...as the same..suddenly shutdown. i try to clean the memory..the result is the same.

Hi,
Its obvious the power for your board and hardware is shutting down!
Try to replace the power unit in your desktop.
If you have some friends w/ a power unit, try to borrow it and test your board.
Am sure the power supply unit(PSU) is already defective!
Hope that helps you out!
Thanks for using Fixya!

Always shutdown my IBM ThinkPad A21m 2628 PC Notebook

It must be a processor overheating problem, check the vents are not restricted and if the fan is always on or never comes on because of a faulty temp setting then theres a overheating problem and the processor will shut down before any damage.
