How can I unlock my dvd player to play American... (by 2 users)

Hi,
Please can you help me? My daughter who lives in the States sent me some dvds for my birthday & I've discovered to my dismay that my player isn't multi-regional so I can't watch them! Please can you send me the unlock code so's I can watch them?

I need to unlock this dvd player that was produced in Japan the number is different here in Japan but it is the same model type
